Service Description
Our basic cleaning service includes a thorough cleaning of all living areas, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and all common spaces. We will dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down surfaces to ensure that every inch of your home is sparkling clean.
Cancellation Policy
1.Property owner must give 24 hours' notice to cancel scheduled service or will be charged 50% of the total cost. 2. If property owner fails to provide access, they will be charged 100% of total cost. 3. Cleaning company will reschedule at no additional cost if unable to access property due to unforeseen circumstances. 4. Applies to all scheduled services, including one-time, recurring and special services. 5. Property owner must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. 6. The cleaning company will provide a detailed invoice after completion of services. 7. CleanStreet is fully bonded and insured.
